We’re pleased to announce that as of October 12, 2023, nVest Advisors’ registration in the State of Kansas has been approved, expanding our firm beyond its current registrations in Colorado and Texas. We also serve clients in a variety of states under a de minimis exemption and are presently working with the regulators in the State of Utah to become fully registered there, as well.

This registration expands our firm’s ability to market to and accept both individual and plan sponsor clients in The Sunflower State, including Kansas families, businesses, and educators through our firm’s specialty in 403(b) programs.  We look forward to the opportunity to serve the residents and business community in Kansas for many years to come!
